Positano

There will be time to explore this “Picture postcard” village set on a cliff dropping into the blue Mediterranean sea. You will walk up and down in this vertical city, stuck like a crib in the rock of the Amalfi coast. 

This town has some of the most dramatic scenery in the world. The buildings literally are built into the sides of cliffs, which plunge down into the Mediterranean. Positano is roughly in the middle of the Amalfi Coast, maybe the most scenic drive in the world!  “Positano bites deep”, John Steinbeck, who wrote in Harper’s that “it is a dream place that isn’t quite real when you are there and becomes beckoningly real after you have gone.” . Positano, never ceases to seduce those who arrive here. Positano, the elegant village of the Amalfi coast, already sailor’s village attracts for the white terraced houses descending to the beach, big docking of ships from all over the coast. Women will bewitch and get lost among the many fashion shops in the village.
